The Electro-Voice 309 series loudspeaker systems are two-way loudspeakers with eight-inch, low-frequency cones and high-temperature, coaxially mounted voice-coil assemblies with wide-dispersion cone tweeters. The dual-magnet construction allows each speaker to remain structurally, magnetically, electrically, and mechanically independent of the other. The 309-8A, 309-4T, and 309-8T use a single-section crossover network, centered at 3,000 Hz, which provides six dB of attenuation for the tweeter outside its operating range. These components are designed to work together as a complete system of in-ceiling loudspeakers and accessories. They provide wide dispersion, high-efficiency, maximum output, ease of installation, and wide-range reproduction of music or voice. WB versions come complete with a pre-mounted ceiling grille.

We asked our customers for feedback on the shortcomings of the hardware industry, we were told that a major issue was the absence of quality vocal speakers designed "specifically" for singing. We were told most Hi-Fi and P.A. speakers out there were either too "bottom heavy" lacking in midrange, or too "hyperactive" with excessive treble response leading to annoying feedback. To solve this problem, we proudly introduced the SV Series Vocal Speakers!

High-Performance 600-Watt PA Speaker with 12" Woofer and Electro-Dynamic Driver
Great sound doesn’t have to cost a great deal. We designed the VS Series for budget-conscious musicians who demand high quality sound without the high price tag. The VS1220 loudspeaker provides exceptional sound quality at an extremely attractive price-point, is supremely portable and well suited for all sorts of sound reinforcement applications.
Exceptional Sound Quality Capable of handling input levels up to 600 Watts, the EUROLIVE VS1220 PA loudspeaker delivers exceptional sound quality. The powerful 12" long-excursion driver cranks out big tone in the bottom end and mid-range, while the wave-guide mounted electro-dynamic HF (High-Frequency) drivers output crisp and detailed highs. The VS1220’s wide frequency bandwidth and extensive dynamic range make it ideal for a multitude of applications.
High-impact Bass In order to produce tight, deep bass, a loudspeaker has to move lots of air. EUROLIVE loudspeakers accomplish this by using powerful, long-excursion LF (Low Frequency) drivers that are handmade in our own factory. While some companies are content to use “off-the-shelf” drivers, we custom-design each LF driver to perfectly match each application. The VS1220 features an extremely powerful 12" long-excursion LF driver in a tuned enclosure, providing rich, tight bass all the way down to 60 Hz.
Crystal-clear Highs High-frequency content can easily make or break your performance. Too much and the sound becomes brittle and obnoxious, too little and it sounds muddy and poorly defined. VS1220’s specially designed HF transducers, mounted in a proprietary elliptical wave-guide, deliver natural-sounding high end in an ultra-wide 80° x 40° sound dispersion pattern.
The VS1220 speaker has been optimized for maximum reliability through the integrated overload-protection circuitry, ensuring ultimate high-frequency driver protection. Designed to stand up to the rigors of the road, the VS1220 is built to look and sound great, even after years of rugged abuse!
Versatility VS1220’s unique trapezoidal design makes it ideal for use in FOH (Front-of-House), as well as floor wedge and side fill monitor applications. Enclosures can be clustered, stacked, or even stand-mounted thanks to the built-in 35-mm (1.375") pole socket.
The Technical Stuff The VS1220 is capable of extremely high sound pressure levels (93 dB full space 1 W @ 1 m) and provides a 60 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range. And at just under 38 lbs (17.1 kg), the VS1220 is supremely portable. The internal crossover point is fixed at 3.5 kHz. Standard 1/4" TS connectors are provided.

Its trapezoidal high impact polypropylene cabinet is nearly indestructible. A perforated aluminum grille protects the weather-resistant drivers. With six threaded inserts and optional mounting hardware, this speaker can be wall or ceiling mounted, flown or used in arrays. It is available in black (with a black grille) or white (with a white grille).
The SV-502 is the new two way 10" woofer and dual 3" tweeter that will faithfully reproduce your vocals with amazing clarity and punch.

The Impulse II is a small, attractive monitor for the working musician. It utilizes two 4 1/2 inch speakers and a bi-morph high frequency driver to deliver full-range frequency response and will handle power up to 200 watts peak. In answer to the requests of many musicians, the Impulse II has been designed as a 16 Ohm enclosure and is equipped with a level control. Input connections are made via two 1/4 inch phone jacks in parallel for daisy-chaining. The enclosure is constructed of rugged, black propylene, has a metal grille and comes with a specially designed stand adapter. These features, coupled with its small size, make the Impulse II an excellent choice for live monitor applications.
The compact 150-watt C190 is capable of delivering a full 70 to 20,000 Hz frequency response. This proven 8-inch woofer and horn design uses an injection molded 90 x 30 degree horn assembly with 1.4-inch titanium driver.
Yorkville’s ingenious self-resetting PTC high frequency protection circuit protects the high frequency components used in the C190. PTC offers serious advantages over protection schemes used in many loudspeaker cabinets. While always present in the signal path, remains inaudible until it becomes necessary for it to react, at which point it effectively reduces output to the horn, protecting it from damage due to excessive power input or signal distortion. Unlike a breaker it does not require a physical reset to allow signal back to the horn driver, and unlike a bulb or fuse, does not need to be replaced if the circuit is tripped, and the fuse is blown, making it the ideal high frequency protection scheme for an installation loudspeaker.
A polemount socket and nine integrated 3/8-inch flypoints allow the C190 to be installed or flown easily and on virtually any angle without modification to the speaker. The all-metal grille protects the loudspeaker components while the all-metal input plate supports both 1/4-inch and binding post connectors.

800-Watt 2-Way PA Speaker System with 12" Woofer and 1.75" Titanium Compression Driver
Even Better Than Before These loudspeakers take everything musicians love about the original B212 loudspeakers and upgrade them with the same bass and treble/mid transducers found in our wildly popular B212A active version for even better sound and power handling. And with integrated overload protection circuitry, they arrive ready to push it to the limit without putting their high or low frequency drivers in danger.
Triumphant Transducers Every stitch of these loudspeakers is built to deliver, but the fact is that their transducers (woofers and tweeters) are the only part you actually hear. While some manufacturers are okay with putting off-the-shelf transducers in their boxes, we custom-design and build ours from scratch. Not only do we wind our own voice coils, we grow the trees that are processed into the paper pulp that becomes the cones. We even machine the frames and backplates. BEHRINGER's quality is truly under control.
Big Sound, Lightweight, Low Price Big here, small there, lots of this, light on that—everyone's got their preferences, but the EUROLIVE B212XL has proportions we can all agree upon. These loudspeakers pack a clean, punchy wallop (and can handle up to 800 Watts), they are easy to lift by their recessed handles (24 lbs) and are available at insanely low prices. Who wouldn't want to hook up with one of these beauties?
Get on the Stick…or Get on Down The B212XL is perfect either as part of a PA system or as an onstage monitor. If the situation calls for a PA, mount the speakers on stands via the 35mm pole socket. From there, send a line from the MAIN OUT of a mixer (such as a XENYX 1202FX) to a power amplifier (like the EUROPOWER EP1500). Finally, attach a B212XL to each of the amp's outputs. These loudspeakers have inputs for both professional speaker cable and ¼" cable. Because they have two parallel inputs, you can connect up to two of them to any channel on a power amp.
But these loudspeakers don't have to be confined to an upright position. Just lay them on their sides for use as a floor monitor. You'll find that they tilt to the ideal angle for onstage monitor wedge applications
Choose White, Black, on or Off the Wall… You asked for it, and now we're proud to offer these amazing loudspeakers in black or white. We now also make swiveling wall-mount brackets for the B212XL. That means they're ready to fit even more comfortably into a venue's color scheme and layout. No matter what your sound or aesthetic needs may be, we make one that's just right for you!
